About Concerts For Our Own

Concerts For Our Own (CFOO) is a Knoxville-based concert series built on a simple but powerful idea: use the joy of live music to give back to the community we call home.

Founded with a grassroots spirit and fueled by passionate volunteers, CFOO brings people together through unforgettable live music experiences while raising meaningful funds for local nonprofit organizations. Since launching, CFOO has raised nearly $83,000 in just three years, supporting East Tennessee charities that often work quietly behind the scenes but make a real, lasting impact every day.

At its heart, CFOO believes that music is more than entertainment — it’s a connector. Our concerts create shared moments that spark joy, build community, and inspire generosity. From outdoor amphitheaters to local venues, every CFOO event is designed to feel welcoming, inclusive, and purpose-driven.
